Hasan is a Fitness Trainer at Clann Fitness with 8 years of coaching experience and a lifelong background in sports. He began in martial arts (over 20 years), competed internationally, and later moved into Olympic weightlifting. He now competes and is part of the Irish Masters Weightlifting team.
Hasan specialises in strength training, mobility, and coaching beginners and older adults. In classes, he particularly enjoys circuits, strength & conditioning, and mobility-focused training. His coaching style is energetic and fun, but always grounded in care, confidence-building, and real progress.
He enjoys meeting members, hearing their stories, and seeing training improve, not just their fitness but in their everyday life. His advice is simple: focus on your own goal, and never hesitate to ask for help.
