Jonas is a PM Level 2 Master Health Coach certified with over 20 years of experience in Personal Training, Health Club Management, and Health Coaching. He oversees the day-to-day management and the fitness and wellness environment in the club, helping create a space where members feel supported, guided, and confident in their journey.
He specialises in working with men and women over 40, focusing on fat loss, strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, keto and intermittent fasting as well as long-term health and habit coaching. His approach also includes sleep, stress management, and recovery, recognising that real results come from more than just training.
Jonas’s coaching style is adaptable, realistic, and results-driven. He focuses on teaching members how to make sustainable changes they can apply for life rather than relying on short-term diets or quick fixes. He values the family and community atmosphere at Clann Fitness and is passionate about helping people live healthier, more balanced lives.
